I have a disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (Type 2) that has been slowly destroying all the muscles in my body,” starts the first post on Shane’s blog. Laughing At My Nightmare is written by a 19-year-old kid in a wheelchair named Shane about his life and his disease. A sophomore at a small liberal arts college studying journalism and psychology, he loves to laugh as he shares his unique perspective on life.

Pat Falco is an artist, curator, rapper, and former college athlete from Boston. He helps run the Lincoln Arts Project, a vehicle to promote young and emerging artists from the Boston Area, and Pedro Romero Clothing. Pat has been named “Best Artist In The World” 7 of the past 10 years by his mother. He also runs a comic strip called The Strip Bar.
